Warranty Policy
All products purchased from AN Mobiles Limited come with a warranty. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications. The warranty terms differ for new and used products.
1. Warranty Duration
- New Mobile Devices: 12 months from the date of purchase.
- New Accessories: 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Used Mobile Devices: 3 months from the date of purchase.
- Used Accessories: No warranty, unless specified at the time of purchase.
2. Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturing defects in hardware components.
- Battery issues (excluding normal wear and tear for used devices).
- Screen defects (excluding physical damage and wear for used devices).
3. Warranty Exclusions
- Physical damage, water damage, and unauthorized repairs.
- Software issues not related to manufacturing defects.
- Accessories such as chargers, cables, and screen protectors unless stated otherwise.
- Normal wear and tear for used products.
- Issues arising from previous ownership for used products.
4. Warranty Claim Process

- Provide the product’s serial number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
- If eligible, we will arrange for repair or replacement under warranty terms.
